HairMax hired The Woods & Co in 2013 to increase brand awareness and create buzz primarily through media relations. By positioning the HairMax LaserComb as the only at-home hair loss treatment device with six FDA clearances, The Woods & Co created a multi-faceted campaign that quickly garnered national and regional attention including an impactful segment on Dr. Oz and placements in top consumer and trade publications such as Cosmopolitan, Harper’s Bazaar, InStyle, W, Marie Claire, FIRST for Women, NewBeauty, Beauty Launchpad, Modern Salon and Sophisticate’s Hairstyle Guide. Our campaign has helped HairMax broaden their consumer reach, increase sales and supported their recently expanded line of hair care products.
