The impact
- $2.8M in PR value in the first 11 months
- A taping on The Doctors
- Editor facials and a New York Fashion Week suite
The brief
Trophy Skin makes at-home skincare devices, from microdermabrasion to the Labelle ultrasonic spatula. Gadgets are hard to judge from a press release. Editors needed to see them work.
The work
We put the devices in editors' hands. Facials for writers at HuffPost and Good Housekeeping and for TV host Nitika Chopra showed real results in one session. We hosted a gadget luncheon and a New York Fashion Week suite with live demos for editors, bloggers and producers, and pitched broadcast for deal segments and giveaways.
The result
The MiniMD was taped for a giveaway on The Doctors. Prevention slated the RejuvadermMD for an at-home facial story, and AskMen featured the Labelle in its high-tech grooming roundup.
